At TheGolfTrainingAidStore, we are dedicated to helping you lower your handicap; if your new equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your training aids back to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the item within 5 business days of receipt, and your refund or exchange will be processed immediately upon approval.
